Our Mission:
To provide transport and other support services to the families of prisoners in South East Queensland in order to facilitate family contact.

Emergency Relief: If you use our bus service and you are in need of some financial assistance in a crisis situation we may be able to help you. Contact the office on 1800 3343 70 Tuesday to Friday.
Advice and Support: We can help you with information about the Correctional System and how it impacts on you as a visitor to a Centre. There are many rules and regulations you need to be aware of.
Confidentiality: Had a ‘difficult’ visit with your incarcerated partner? Want to talk about your relationship? Worried about your son/daughter in prison? PTG can help! Anything you say to us about your visits or relationship with the incarcerated person is confidential.
